Shipping & return

We ask you to take responsibility for our environment/climateopposite, to shop and the  Size tables and measurements must be observed carefully so that a lot of energy and raw materials are not wasted unnecessarily. We are also trying to do that. We only take back goods that are damaged or produced incorrectly.

Before you return (= withdraw from the purchase contract) goods, we ask you to contact us in advance via email: contact@artsimi.ch  So we can find an alternative solution together.
